This assembly was historically produced In a facility for approximately 3 years  Then it was moved south. When this Move occurred multiple problems  Arose initially during launch.

Problems:
Were missing caps,  unaligned clips,
bent tubes, etc..

The challenge:
Contain the issues  throughout the
 supply chain to prevent suspect material entering
Into final assembly plant.

Solution:
MTZ provided management and Inspection at
3 different points of Supply chain.  MTZ inspected
in Queretaro Mexico,  Laredo Texas and in Wayne Michigan.

Inspection in Texas and in Michigan. MTZ provided
Identical inspection process in Mexico. Standardized
Reports, elimination of multiple sorting companies,
Consolidation of data reports,  same leadership throughout
