We work closely with your plant team to ensure the program meets your particular business needs. Our unique approach includes three basic phases that can be custom tailored:

•    Supplier Base Assessment - Using a performance metrics assessment, we will evaluate the current performance of your supplier base and provide an action plan with recommendations to produce the desired results.

•    Performance Improvement Plan - Develop and coordinate implementation of the improvement plan identified in the supply base assessment. Includes resolving any roadblocks to improvement plan implementation, creating new or revised policies and procedures, providing regular progress reports, and verifying effectiveness of implemented actions.

•    Supply Chain Cost Reduction - Identify non value added activities in the supply chain that lead to higher purchased material costs, including design proliferation, obsolescence, packaging, inventory, redundant inspection, repair and rework, outside special processing, etc.
